Welcome to the Solana Living App, which enables residents and authorized users of Solana-managed compounds to manage their housing and community needs digitally, safely, and efficiently.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using any of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
Definitions
In this document:
- Company, we, or Solana: refers to the entity that owns and operates the Solana Living App.
- User or you: refers to any individual who downloads or uses the App for any lawful purpose.
- Services: refer to the features available through the App, such as maintenance requests, package delivery, amenity booking, driver requests, suggestions, news updates, and other community-related services.
- Compound: refers to the residential property or project managed by Solana and served through the App.
Scope of Use and Restrictions
- The Solana Living App is made available to residents or authorized users of compounds managed by Solana and is intended solely for residential and community-related use.
- Users must use the App in a lawful and appropriate manner, and refrain from misusing any of the services or available content.
- You may not:
- Use the App for commercial, promotional, or competitive purposes without written authorization.
- Provide misleading information or impersonate others.
- Attempt to access accounts or protected areas without permission.
- Upload or transmit any files containing malware or spam.
- Abuse any service such as submitting false requests or manipulating booking features.
- Violate intellectual property or data privacy rights of other.
- Solana reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Registration, Accounts, and User Responsibility
- To use the App’s services, users may be required to create an account including basic information such as their name, mobile number, email address, and residential unit number.
- The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
- Refrain from using false information or creating an account on behalf of another person without authorization.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and not allow any third party to use their account.
- Be fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
- If any unauthorized use of the account or a security breach is suspected (e.g., loss of password), the user must notify the Company immediately.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it is found that:
- False or misleading information was provided during registration.
- The services have been misused.
- Suspicious or unlawful activity has occurred.
- The Company bears no liability for any third-party use of the account resulting from the user’s negligence in safeguarding login information.
Use of Services and Request Submission
- The Solana Living App enables users to access a variety of services within the residential compound, including:
- Submitting maintenance requests.
- Parcel delivery.
- Booking shared facilities.
- Requesting a driver.
- Sending suggestions or complaints.
- Participating in surveys and community events.
- Users agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with compound regulations and management instructions.
- Some services may require prior approval from the compound’s management or relevant authorities (e.g., hosting an event or using a specific facility).
- Users must provide accurate information when filling out any form within the app and update it when necessary.
- The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any request under the following circumstances:
- Submission of inaccurate or misleading information.
- Unauthorized use or use that violates compound rules.
- Unavailability of the requested service at the desired time.
- Some services depend on resource availability or third-party providers. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of all services at all times.
Payments
- Certain services provided through the App may be subject to fees, including but not limited to:
- Fees for booking facilities (e.g., event halls or sports amenities).
- Charges for additional services (e.g., furniture moving or premium services).
- Any administrative fees determined by the compound management.
- All payments are processed through authorized electronic payment gateways and are carried out by licensed financial service providers, subject to their own policies and regulations.
- By using the payment feature in the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payment-related information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You assume full responsibility for the transaction, which is processed under the supervision of the financial service provider.
- Solana shall not be held liable for technical issues, processing delays, or rejection by the payment provider.
- In the event of an erroneous charge or incomplete paid service, you may request a refund through the App or via email.
- Refund approval is subject to the compound management’s policy.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, in accordance with the terms of the financial provider.
- Under no circumstances may fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods be used. The App reserves the right to suspend the user’s account or take legal action in case of suspected illegal financial activity.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the application — including but not limited to designs, texts, logos, images, icons, software, databases, and any audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of Solana or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or translate any part of the application's content without prior written permission from the Company.
- Use the Solana logo, trademarks, or any visual elements associated with the app for commercial, marketing, or media purposes without authorization.
- Your use of the application grants you a limited, revocable license to use it solely for lawful personal purposes within the scope of available services. This does not grant any express or implied intellectual property rights.
- The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use. Any infringement of intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and further legal measures.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Solana Living strives to provide its services to users with the highest level of efficiency and continuity. However:
- Some services rely on third parties (such as maintenance providers, transportation services, or payment gateways), and the Company does not guarantee their performance or availability at all times.
- Certain features of the app may be temporarily unavailable due to technical updates or unforeseen circumstances, without any obligation to provide compensation.
- The Company does not guarantee that:
- The application will operate without interruption or be error-free.
- All services will be available in every compound or to all users.
- Information provided by other users is accurate or complete.
- To the extent permitted by law:
- The Company disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the app, reliance on its content, or the services provided through it.
- The Company bears no legal responsibility for any damages arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of a user’s account.
- Downloading or using any features of the app is at the user’s own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any data loss or device malfunctions resulting from such use.
Account or Service Termination
- Users have the right to request the closure of their account at any time by contacting technical support or the designated management team.
- Solana reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account or restrict access to certain services without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy.
- Misuse of services, submission of fraudulent or misleading requests.
- Suspicion of unlawful activity or threats to the platform’s or users’ security.
- Upon account termination:
- Access to services and content linked to the account will be revoked.
- The Company holds no obligation to provide a copy of deleted data unless explicitly requested in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Certain obligations shall remain in effect after account termination, such as payment duties or legal responsibilities resulting from previous use.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any use of the app or its related services are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the event of any dispute between the user and the Company regarding the use of the app, or the interpretation or execution of these terms, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication.
- If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days from the date of formal notice, the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve the dispute.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
- Solana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in accordance with legal, operational, or technical developments.
- In the event of a material change, users will be notified through the app or via their registered email prior to the amendment taking effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law.
- Continued use of the app after being notified of the amendment constitutes your express acceptance of the revised Terms.
- It is recommended that users review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
