Investor Relations
Officer is responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with investors, shareholders, and other stakeholders and managing
communication between a company's corporate management and its investors.
Job Description
- Monitoring financial markets to identify potential opportunities or risks for the company’s business.
- Communicating with company executives and other stakeholders such as shareholders and board members.
- Researching and analyzing industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Providing updates on a company’s financial performance, including quarterly earnings reports, presentations to investors, and reports about recent developments in the company.
- Create and provide periodic reports to investors.
- Communicating with shareholders and investors to answer questions about company’s performance.
- Researching companies that are potential acquisition targets to determine their potential value to the company offering to buy them.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies that help build positive relationships between the company and its various stakeholders.
- Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes.
- Communicating directly with the legal department to assist in establishing new investments entities.
- Evaluate shareholder data and update database.
- Perform any duties assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or relevant field
