Senior Property Manager is responsible for the management of all types of properties including both inside and outside compound premises. This involves helping his team solve any sort of tenant complaints or issues that arise from both On-Site and Off-Site property managers which will help increase productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle emergency situations across the managed properties.
- Coordinate operations between onsite and offsite managers.
- Train and develop new and existing staff.
- Apply disciplinary actions when required.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Support budget planning and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
